Our claims team aim to log your claim within 24 hours. We'll do everything within our power to close your claim as soon as possible.
If a claim is accepted and we’ve agreed an amount to be paid, the majority of our customers receive their settlement payment within 72 hours.

Once we've created your profile, you can chat with your claims advisor and upload supporting documents. We'll send regular updates and let you know if we need more information.
arrange a visit (optional)
In some instances, our claims team will book a surveyor and you'll see the dates and times on your calendar in the online claims portal. We'll also add suppliers and you can talk to them directly, using the online portal's chat functionality.
get an outcome
Once our claims team has reached an outcome, we'll inform you verbally or by email.
